‘Panchayat’ Star Raghubir Yadav to Grace Jaipur’s 19th Collage of Kilkari: Young Theatre Talents Set for a Grand Finale

Ananya soch: Organized under the joint aegis of the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi, West Zone Cultural Centre (WZCC), Udaipur, Curio Children’s Theatre, and ECMS, the ongoing Children’s and Teens Theatre Workshops across four Jaipur locations will conclude with a grand showcase of performances this June. The main culmination event will be held on June 7 at 5 PM at Takshila Auditorium, MPS Jawahar Nagar, while the Jaipur Rural edition will take place on June 10 at 11 AM at the Jamdoli Auditorium of Brahmachari Ramanujacharya Balika Vidyalaya. This year’s celebration gains special significance with the presence of Raghubir Yadav, one of India’s most respected theatre and film personalities. An alumnus of NSD, Yadav has built an extraordinary career spanning theatre, television, films and digital entertainment. From iconic television shows such as Mungerilal Ke Haseen Sapne and Mulla Nasruddin to critically acclaimed films including Massey Sahib, Salaam Bombay!, Bandit Queen, Lagaan, and Peepli Live, his performances have left a lasting impact on audiences across generations. More recently, his role in the blockbuster web series Panchayat has introduced him to a new generation of viewers. The June 7 event will bring together participants from MPS Jawahar Nagar, Malviya Convent School, Malviya Nagar, and MGPS Vidhyadhar Nagar, offering a vibrant display of theatrical talent developed during the workshop sessions. Organizers say the performances will reflect months of training, creativity and teamwork by young artists.
