Senior officials, including Chief Secretaries, Directors General of Police, and representatives from multiple departments across states, participated in the meeting. Detailed guidelines were issued to strengthen examination security and prevent any irregularities.

In Rajasthan, the state government has been continuously reviewing preparations at the highest level. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and Chief Secretary V. Srinivas have held multiple review meetings to ensure arrangements before the examination day.
