Ananya soch: What began as a nationwide search for fresh artistic voices has now turned into one of the most talked-about creative announcements of the year. The winners of the prestigious “All India Young Artists Exhibition 2026” have finally been revealed, and the selected names are already creating excitement in India’s art circles.

Organised by the Surendra Pal Joshi Art Memorial Trust in memory of legendary artist Surendra Pal Joshi, the exhibition aims to provide young and emerging artists with a powerful national platform to showcase their imagination, originality and artistic identity.

Two-Level Jury Process to Find India’s Most Promising Talent

The competition witnessed entries from across the country, featuring a wide range of contemporary artistic expressions. In the first phase, artworks submitted online were reviewed by an eminent digital jury panel comprising Farhad Hussain (Delhi), Dilip Sharma (Mumbai) and Manish Pushkale (Delhi). Their evaluation shortlisted artworks for the final round.

The final physical jury process was conducted on May 24, 2026, under a completely transparent and independent system. Senior artists Pratul Das, Manish Pushkale and Dharmendra Rathore selected the winners based on originality, artistic expression, presentation and creative depth.

Winners Who Stole the Spotlight

Lucky Jaiswal from Indore won the First Prize of ₹21,000, while Dheeraj Balihara from Hanumangarh secured the Second Prize of ₹10,000. The Third Prize winners include Rishabh Gautam, Benugopal Bhoi, Naina Somani and Sakshi Goyal.

The Jury Special Appreciation Awards were presented to Shubham Bairagi, Jahnavi Jangid and Chandra Sardar for their remarkable artistic vision.

Grand Art Celebration at RIC Jaipur

The award ceremony and exhibition will take place on June 12, 2026, at Rajasthan International Centre. Selected artworks will remain on display till June 14, giving visitors a rare opportunity to witness the future stars of Indian contemporary art.

Trust founder Sangita Joshi said the initiative is not just about awards but about creating recognition, inspiration and creative opportunities for the next generation of artists.
