Miss Earth India & Miss Divine Beauty National Auditions Set Stage for September Showdown
Contestants from across India battle it out in Jaipur for a coveted spot in the Grand Finale; here's everything that went down at the star-studded audition
Ananya soch: Jaipur's glamour quotient just got a serious boost. The National Auditions for two of India's most prestigious beauty pageants, Miss Earth India 2026 and Miss Divine Beauty 2026, were successfully held at De Sura Club on Ajmer Road in association with Elite Production House. Contestants from across the country showcased their talent, personality, confidence, and stage presence in front of a panel of expert judges.
Organiser Deepak Agarwal revealed an interesting detail about the pageant's legacy — this marks the 26th season of Miss Earth India, which has been running continuously since the year 2000. Over more than two decades, the platform has successfully launched numerous talented young women onto both national and international stages. The finalists selected through this audition will now compete in the Grand Finale scheduled for September 5 in Jaipur.
One of the most talked-about aspects of the audition was its dress code — shorts and smart tops were mandated for all participants. The reasoning behind this was quite specific: it allowed judges to accurately assess each contestant's body language, personality, and confidence, which remain among the most crucial parameters in pageant evaluation.
Speaking further about the event's purpose, Agarwal explained that the primary goal was to provide emerging talents from across the country a platform where they could build their identity and eventually compete on the international stage. According to him, the Jaipur audition is set to become a significant milestone for the fashion and beauty industry in the region.
The judging panel featured some notable names from the industry — Miss Earth India 2023 Priyan Sen, International Luxury Fashion Council Ambassador Saket Mishra, and Aditya Kashyap. These experts closely evaluated participants based on their communication skills, overall stage presence, and self-confidence.
With the audition round now successfully wrapped up, all eyes are on the Grand Finale on September 5, where the shortlisted finalists will go head-to-head for the coveted titles. Industry insiders believe this year's edition could see some of the fiercest competition yet, given the impressive talent pool that emerged from the Jaipur auditions.
