Ananya soch: The poster of the Punjabi feature film "Santali," based on the poignant story of the 1947 Partition of India, was unveiled on Wednesday at the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani graced the occasion and released the poster, extending his best wishes to the entire film team.

The launch event was attended by the film's director Vijay Suthar, along with Ejaz Ali, Rohit Paswan and Advocate Nachiketa Pareek, among several other dignitaries. With the poster now out, audience anticipation has shifted firmly toward the film's much-awaited November release.

The film's narrative is woven around the Partition era, capturing the pain, separation and struggles faced by ordinary families forced to leave behind their homes and roots. Set for a November Release Across Cinemas
Written and directed by Vijay Suthar, the film has been produced by Ravi Chamdiya and Ashish Chamdiya, with cinematography handled by Raj Ashiwal. Producer Ashish Chamdiya revealed that the film's dubbing work has already been completed, and its first song is set to release soon. He further shared that "Santali" is being planned for a simultaneous release in cinema halls both in India and abroad this November.

The film features Seema Kaushal, Yogesh Chhabra, Fateh Siyan, Manpreet 'Mani', Karan Maan, Kulwinder Singh Kang, Vijay Jora, Shagun Mehra, Abhishek Mahendru and Balraj Sidhu in key roles.
