The festival will run from October 10 to 26, 2025, at the hotel’s Twenty One Bar & Café, offering guests a rich, immersive dining experience every evening from 7 PM to 11 PM.

Curated by Chef Deepak, the specially designed menu brings alive the slow-cooked artistry of Awadhi cuisine — from melt-in-the-mouth Galouti and Shami Kebabs to aromatic **Biryani, indulgent Nalli Nihari, and a range of authentic curries and traditional breads. Each dish reflects the signature dum style of cooking, blending delicate spices and refined techniques that define the Nawabi kitchen.
