2,000+ Gathered in Jaipur as Dr. Ishan Shivanand’s Meditation Session Sparks a Powerful Return to Sanatan Roots
More than 2,000 people witnessed an extraordinary transformation at Deep Smriti Auditorium on Sunday as globally acclaimed Mental Health Researcher and founder of Amaratva Ke Yog, Dr. Ishan Shivanand, delivered a powerful Meditation session that inspired thousands—especially young people—to reconnect with Sanatan Culture, discover Inner Peace, and redefine the true meaning of happiness.
Ananya soch: The packed auditorium in Jaipur was not merely hosting another spiritual gathering; it became the center of a growing movement encouraging people to look beyond material success and rediscover the strength of India's ancient wisdom. The overwhelming participation reflected a rising interest among the younger generation in Meditation, Mental Wellness, and the timeless values of Sanatan Dharma.
Addressing the audience, Dr. Ishan Shivanand emphasized that modern society often searches for happiness in external achievements while ignoring the peace that exists within. Delivering one of the most impactful messages of the session, he said, “Liberation means the freedom to remain happy at all times.” His statement received an enthusiastic response from the audience, many of whom described it as a life-changing perspective.
The internationally recognized meditation teacher urged young people to embrace the scientific foundations of Sanatan Culture instead of blindly following Western lifestyles. According to him, true fulfillment cannot be achieved through wealth, status, or professional success alone. A calm and stable mind, he explained, is the foundation of lasting happiness.
“Until your mind becomes peaceful and balanced, no material achievement can provide lasting satisfaction. Elevating your consciousness and connecting with your true self is the ultimate purpose of life,” he told the gathering.
One of the highlights of the event was the practical roadmap shared by Dr. Shivanand for achieving holistic well-being. Rather than limiting his discourse to philosophy, he outlined four progressive stages of personal transformation.
The first stage focuses on Emotional, Cognitive, and Physical Healing, creating the foundation for a healthier life. The second stage is Sankalp Siddhi, where positive intentions are transformed into reality through focused consciousness. The third stage is Inner Peace, enabling individuals to free themselves from stress, anxiety, and emotional disturbances. Finally, the fourth stage is Samadhi, described as the highest spiritual experience where human consciousness connects with the supreme consciousness.
Organizers also highlighted the scientific recognition received by Dr. Shivanand's meditation techniques. According to information shared during the event, these techniques are being used by leading medical institutions across the world as well as the Indian Army. International medical publications have reportedly documented significant improvements, including up to 82% reduction in insomnia and 75% reduction in anxiety among participants practicing these methods.
His contributions have also earned international recognition, including an honor in which the United States Congress flew the American flag in acknowledgment of his global service.
Beyond research and meditation, Dr. Shivanand's humanitarian initiatives have strengthened his reputation as a social reformer. He has established free Telemedicine Centers in Rajasthan's Beejwa village, supported the education of over 500 students through the Dr. Avadhoot Shivanand Scholarship, and recently organized free medical services for nearly 40,000 pilgrims in Ayodhya. These initiatives demonstrate that compassion and service remain at the heart of his mission.
As the nearly three-hour session concluded, the atmosphere inside the auditorium had visibly transformed. Participants experienced guided breathing techniques and scientifically designed meditation practices that many said left them feeling lighter, calmer, and more confident.
When thousands walked out of the venue, the expressions on their faces reflected more than temporary inspiration. There was a renewed sense of pride in India's cultural heritage, deeper emotional balance, and a stronger commitment to living a meaningful life. For many attendees, the Jaipur event was not simply another spiritual program—it marked the beginning of a personal journey toward Mental Wellness, Self-Discovery, and a deeper connection with Sanatan Wisdom.
