Jaipur Traffic Shake-Up on Monday: Major Routes Diverted for VIP Movement—Check Before You Travel!
City Braces for Large-Scale Traffic Diversions
Ananya soch: Commuters in Jaipur should prepare for significant traffic changes this Monday as authorities implement extensive diversions due to a proposed VIP movement from the airport via OTS to the BJP office. Keeping security arrangements in mind, Jaipur Police has rolled out a detailed traffic management plan affecting several key routes across the city.
Key Routes to Witness Major Changes
Regular traffic from the airport to OTS and further towards the BJP office will be redirected through alternative routes. Vehicles heading towards Jawahar Circle from the old bypass underpass and cloverleaf will be diverted. Traffic from Durgapura Bus Stand towards SL Cut will also be rerouted.
Similarly, commuters from Khandaka Cut (Tonk Road) heading towards Jaipuria Hospital and Malviya Nagar Pulia will face diversions. Vehicles moving via Gopalpura Pulia towards OTS will be stopped and redirected.
Busy Junctions Under Traffic Watch
Traffic from KV-03 Tiraha, Jawahar Marg, and Bajaj Nagar Tiraha will operate via alternate routes. Movement from Gandhi Nagar Mod towards Gandhi Circle and from Royalty Tiraha will also be diverted.
Key stretches including Tonk Road (Tulsi Circle), JLN Marg, Rambagh Circle, Ambedkar Circle, and Statue Circle are expected to experience heavy traffic regulation and possible congestion.
Additional Diversions Across the City
Vehicles from RBI Tiraha towards Rambagh will be diverted via Ganesh Temple. Traffic from Vidhan Sabha Tiraha to Ambedkar Circle will follow alternate routes. Similarly, Sahakar Marg, 22 Godam Pulia, and routes towards Holiday Inn and INOX Cut (Sardar Patel Marg) will also be affected.
Authorities may implement dynamic diversions between Chaumu House Chauraha and Rambagh T-Point depending on traffic conditions.
Dedicated Parking Arrangements
To manage the influx of vehicles, separate parking zones have been designated for buses, four-wheelers, and two-wheelers near the airport and OTS venue. This step aims to reduce congestion on main roads.
Public Advisory
Jaipur Police has urged citizens to avoid unnecessary travel, plan their routes in advance, and strictly follow traffic guidelines. Commuters are advised to rely on official updates and use alternative roads to ensure smooth movement.
