Meditation Expert Nirmala Sevani Guides Contestants on Mental Peace, Stress Management and Positive Living

Ananya soch: Glamour met mindfulness during the finale week of Mrs Rajasthan 2026, as contestants participated in a special meditation and inner beauty workshop organized at Hotel Grand Safari, Gurjar Ki Thadi. The prestigious beauty pageant, presented by Fusion Group in association with Grand Safari, is currently hosting its 9th edition with a series of grooming and personality development sessions ahead of the grand finale.

The meditation session was conducted by renowned meditation expert and spiritual mentor Nirmala Sevani, who shared valuable insights on staying mentally strong and emotionally balanced during challenging situations. Beginning the workshop with an interactive introduction session, she explained how regular meditation and positive thinking can help reduce anxiety and stress.

“A Calm Mind Can Overcome Any Depression”

Addressing the contestants, Nirmala Sevani said that depression can be fought by learning to calm the mind and maintain inner peace. She encouraged participants to adopt meditation as a daily practice to improve emotional well-being and self-confidence.

The session received an overwhelming response from the contestants, who actively participated in various mindfulness activities and shared their personal experiences.

Focus on Grooming Along with Mental Wellness

Organizer Nimisha Mishra stated that multiple grooming and training sessions are being conducted every day during the finale week. She said contestants often experience high stress levels during the competition, and keeping that in mind, the Mrs Rajasthan organization conducts a special “Inner Beauty” workshop every year to help women stay mentally relaxed and emotionally empowered.

Grand Finale on May 24

The much-awaited grand finale of Mrs Rajasthan 2026 will be held on May 24 at Hewa Heaven Resort, Jaipur. The glamorous evening will also feature a royal collection showcase by renowned Jaipur designer Monika Advani of Diva Dresses. In addition, Jassi Chhabra of Shades will present an exclusive cocktail-look makeup showcase.
