Ananya soch: FICCI FLO Jaipur Chapter, in collaboration with St. Xavier’s College Jaipur and XIMI, successfully conducted Job Fair 2025 at the Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics (XIMI), Hathroi. The event brought recruiters and job seekers together on a unified platform, creating meaningful opportunities for aspiring professionals.
Chairperson Dr. Rimmi Shekhawat highlighted that FICCI Ladies Organisation has consistently worked toward promoting entrepreneurship and professional excellence. She emphasized that the Job Fair will play a pivotal role in shaping future careers while strengthening students’ exposure and industry connect.
The inauguration was graced by Mrs. Shikha Garg, Deputy General Manager, Rajasthan Centre of Advanced Technology, and Mr. Amit Purohit, VP, Primus Partners Pvt. Ltd., as Guest of Honour, along with Dr. (Fr.) Arokya Swami SJ, Principal, St. Xavier’s College, and Dr. Madhu Sharma, Director, XIMI. All dignitaries appreciated the initiative for bridging industry–academia gaps and enhancing employment avenues.
Motivational sessions were also held, featuring former FLO Chairperson and MD of AEGIS Jobs, Ms. Alka Batra, who spoke on ‘Climbing the Ladder’, and Mr. Naman Jain, who shared insights on building a successful career.
Leading organisations from banking, healthcare, textiles, finance, and manufacturing sectors participated, including AU Small Finance Bank, SK Finance, Jaipur Rugs, and Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. With 500+ students registering, the fair concluded on a highly positive note, marking a significant step toward strengthening Jaipur’s employment ecosystem.
